Before I discovered UX/UI, I was already designing for people. As a visual merchandiser, I designed shop windows and arranged racks and sections so customers could find their way easily, see every item, and never feel lost or confused always balancing their experience with the business's goals. As a Travel Planner, I crafted personal itineraries that turned guests' limited time into memorable experiences, a skill I deepened during my master's in Tourism and Creativity in Italy.
For years, I helped real people who got lost, frustrated, or confused in person, now I design for them on screens.
Good design, to me, is the moment someone doesn't have to ask for help.
I recharge in nature, I share my home with cats and a dog, and I can spend hours just observing them the best design inspiration I know.
